Students who complete training at the East San
Gabriel Valley Regional Occupational Program and
Technical Center will:
1. DEMONSTRATE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
a) Exhibit a professional work ethic.
b) Exhibit self-esteem.
c) Develop and implement achievable goals.
d) Display a professional image.
2. POSSESS CRITICAL
THINKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
a) Acquire creative thinking, analyze, and process
information.
b) Demonstrate strategies to solve problems with
positive outcomes.
c) Demonstrate leadership skills.
3. DEMONSTRATE USE OF TECHNOLOGY AS A TOOL
a) Create a project using current technology.
b) Create a project using technology as a research
tool.
4. FUNCTION AS RESPONSIBLE
CITIZENS (DEMONSTRATE CITIZENSHIP)
a) Demonstrate an ability to work as a team
b) Develop relationships within the various cultures
of the community
c) Show respect for the property and rights of others
